Refund policy

At Maantra, we take pride in the craftsmanship and elegance of our pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Please review the policy below to understand your options for returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility returns: 

• We accept returns on eligible ready-to-wear items within 14 days of delivery.
• To qualify:

• • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags must remain attached
  • Item must be returned in original packaging where possible
  • No visible signs of wear, perfume, stains, or alterations

• We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Exchanges: 

• We offer exchanges for:

• • Size changes
  • Colour changes
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • If your colour or size is unavailable, you can request a refund.

3. Refund process: 

• Contact our customer service team via maantraltd@gmail.com to initiate a return.
• Please include the original order number and email address used to purchase the product, alongside the reason for return.
• We will respond to your request within 48 hours, and provide you with next steps to send the item back to us.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process the refund or exchange. 
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
