Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed:

• Orders are typically processed within 1 - 2 business days. During peak seasons or sale periods, processing may take an additional 1-2 days.
• Once your order has shipped:

  • You can track your package through the carrier’s tracking system provided.

• Our standard delivery process typically takes 3-5 working days from the time your order is placed to delivery at your doorstep.
  
• We will always do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, however, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, for example, courier network disruptions, weather conditions, etc..
  
• We do not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party deliver services.
